Casting Processing:
There are two casting production lines in JL Industrial Product Inc. One is a vibration & squeeze molding line, another is a Disa automatic molding line. We use the former to produce small quantities of products, and use the latter to produce larger quantities. Both lines can produce malleable iron castings and ductile iron castings.

Heat Treat Processing: The malleable iron castings are put in a coal gas burning industrial annealing furnace for heat treatment. The temperature of heat treatment is about 930 degrees Celsius, and the whole process takes about 3 days. At times, the ductile iron casting parts also need heat treatment due to customer requirements for material properties.

Machine Processing:
Currently there are two machining workshops in JL Industrial Product Inc. One is specialized in machining of beam clamps using special equipment. Another is for machining of rigid conduit fittings using CNC lathes.
